Balaji Construction was founded in 1998 by Shri Ramesh Agarwal with a single belief: that a building is only as good as the integrity of the people who put it up. Nearly three decades later, that belief still guides every slab we pour and every key we hand over.
We've grown by keeping everything in-house — architecture, structural design, civil execution, MEP and finishing — so accountability never gets lost between vendors. The result: 640+ completed projects, a 98% client-retention rate, and a reputation built one honest handover at a time.
