Pricing & Payments
Every project is quoted on a transparent, item-wise Bill of Quantities (BOQ). You see the rate for each material and activity before work begins — there are no hidden charges or surprise escalations.
Payments are milestone-linked (e.g. foundation, slab, brickwork, finishing). You only release a stage payment once that stage is complete and verified — never large lump sums in advance.

Process & Timeline
For most residential projects we mobilise within 2–3 weeks of design sign-off and advance payment, subject to municipal approvals being in place.
Absolutely. You get a dedicated project manager and weekly photo progress reports, plus you're welcome to visit the site anytime during working hours.
Every RCC structure comes with a written 10-year structural warranty. Fittings and finishes carry the respective manufacturer warranties, which we hand over at project close.
